Christmas, has always been my favorite time of the year, then I might be a bit biased..as I was born around Christmas..so I celebrate my Birthday, as well as this Special day of the year Christmas.......This is a day which is celebrated all around the world...some in freezing temperatures, other like people in Australia...might be sweltering...but everyone comes together..., we share a message of Love, Peace and Hope!
Most of us gather together with families and loved ones and spend special time, sharing gifts and enjoying each other's company...! Unfortunately for some, it might be a very hard period of time..as they might have lost someone dear to them, and is not around to share this special time with them...What a hard period of time it must be!
I have been creating Personalized Christmas Baubles and Keepsakes for quite a few years...
At one stage I was asked by this lady if I do Memorial Keepsakes...at that time, I never thought about it..and I helped her on the day...she chose a bauble with one of my Angel Designs...
and I personalized it with her daughter's name who she lost some years back...but she keeps her in her memory by each year she organizes a bauble for her to place on the Christmas Tree...After this my brain started rolling..and I started offering this service...with Personalized Photo Baubles if one wishes too...At first I found it pretty eerie to work on this project...as time went by, I found that I was being blessed and everyone that I did I said a prayer .... it felt great that i was helping people in their bereavement, being a loss of a parent, partner, sibling or a beloved pet....
I would like to say thank you to that lady that started this off for me...I have lost my father about 16years ago now and my sister lost her quads 22years ago...we both have their engraved memorial baubles which we hang on the tree every year in their remembrance..it just makes it feel that they are part of our Christmas Celebrations...
