Have you heard of Aunty Rozzy? Giveaway & Review…………..

Romantic Flair Original

If you are like me, until last week I have never heard of Aunty Rozzy before…….but gee am I so glad I was introduced to her books. Through her books and characters that she has created, she  is engaging kids to read, dance, sing and at the same time encouraging healthy eating habits.

As some of you readers and customers of mine know by now that I have worked with kids, for a period of 25 years, plus I had 2 of my own.
When I saw the package that  I was given to review, I was so delighted to see the colourful illustration of the books. I personally love lots of colours, and I  firmly believe that  Kids love bright coloured illustrations too. I find also that Special kids seem to be so attracted to something that is so colourful.
As I went through the books, the message is loud and clear to introduce and eat healthy food….but it is done in a way that eating Healthy food becomes fun and enjoyable. With every book comes an Audio CD. The music and songs that comes along with the book are very catchy and makes you want to sing and dance……

Nanna’s Carrots comes in a choice of Hardcover or Paperback. They are both nicely finished.
Nanna's Carrots book cover
The Incredible Edible Alphabet comes in HardCover.

The Incredible Edible Alphabet book cover

She has created 2 Characters in her books apart from herself and nanna who are lot’s of fun..Perry the Parrot and Hariette the Rabbit

Why don’t you visit her On Line…where not only  you can purchase  these amazing books, but your kids can also have some fun playing games and watch videos to get familiarized with the characters.

Aunty Rozzy has also come up with an “Edible Reciplease Calendar”

“Colourful and bright, each month features one key ingredient that is in season. Designed to be easily accessible for children and to teach them about seasonal produce, you can also get the kids enjoying their time in the kitchen by making up the recipes from the Incredible Edible Reciplease section of the website.”

These books are created for kids 2 to 8 years old. Aunty Rozzy the Creator is Roz Tesoriero a professional musician, educator and has been entertaining children since 1987. I thoroughly recommend her books and audio to parents, carers and educators alike.

I am sure you are all excited about these books by now …so now I have 2 Books  above to Giveaway  and the  Calendar. This  Giveaway is open to Australian Residents  Only. The 3 prizes will be given to 3 individual entrants and will be drawn on the 31st August.

  23. Hi Marthese
I would love to win the Nanna's Carrots book as my almost 4yo will not eat any vegetables except for mashed potato and as far as fruit goes he only eats Bananas. The Family Tree of Broccoli would be great too as he needs his greens :) IF I can get him to eat any fruit and vege then thats a start!

  32. I'd love to win the 'Edible Alphabet' book. I had this idea before my daughter was born that when she was older we could have 'colour days' or 'letter days' for fun - ie a 'red' day where we would wear read, eat apples and strawberries, and collect red flowers, or a 'B' day, where we could wear boots, and blue clothes, and eat bananas and play ball! This book would be an inspiration (especially if we make it through the alphabet to XY&Z!)
